    Job Description:
    This position supports the Integrity Investigations & Intelligence team, a multidisciplinary organization that conducts investigations and analysis into complex emerging security and safety threats to Facebook’s users. The role is a program / project manager position with a remit to collaborate and coordinate with the team’s analytic and operational partners to create, refine, socialize, and implement vendor impact and performance assessments and help track the impact of our work to mitigate harm and reduce risk. Vendor inputs into our investigations and analytic capabilities are key components of our organizational strategy, and this position will help structure and create repeatable processes in support of addressing some of the most challenging integrity issues facing Facebook’s users.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Vendor Onboarding Support
    - Work with Sourcing on vendor identification; Help draft statements of work based on articulated needs from analytic teams and their partners; Set up evaluations of trials with analysts and vendors; Manage vendor onboarding and liaise/coordinate with related privacy and compliance related workstreams

    Vendor Impact and Performance Assessments
    - Develop, ensure adherence to, and refine specific requests for information from vendors
    - Track associated vendor performance / ability to fulfill information needs
    - Track, curate, and report on vendor performance metrics to inform budget planning
    - Create and maintain processes to correlate team impact to vendor contributions
    - Encourage compliance around vendor report ratings among readers

    Skills:
    - Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail
    - Analytic mindset and entrepreneurial approach to proactive planning
    - Ability to work independently
    - Knowledge of safety and security concepts / trust and safety work
    - Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and impact measurement
    - Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc. and comfort/willingness to learn new tools and systems

    Education/Experience:
    - Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, international relations, government, national security, intelligence , or related field including analytic training
    - PMI or PMP certification preferred
    - Experience in intelligence (commercial or government) preferred
