Job Title: Technical Project Manager III

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 12+ months W2 contract

Duties:

• The Technical Project Manager has the responsibility for scoping the effort of system enhancements and improvements from inception to product launch, communicating to stakeholders, creating the partnerships necessary to achieve targeted results, and hitting key milestones.

• This role will closely work with our HRIS Leads to scope out, plan, and drive the deliverables for the project, coordinating both internal and external teams that will execute on the project tasks and deliverables.

• This also includes, accountable for coordinating, prioritizing and plan feature enhancements and improvements ongoing basis with our cross-functional partners

• Collecting business and systems requirements from internal and external customers

• Writing business/functional requirements, driving project schedules from design to release, managing production launch and the preparation of external-facing events, as needed.

• Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize continuous improvement, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional teams.

• Coordinate design/implementation efforts between internal teams and outside merchants and vendors to develop optimal solutions.

• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
