    About the role

    We’re looking for a smart and curious Sr Technical Recruiter to help us scale and drive industry-standard Recruiting best practices. This position is a part of a group that manages Talent Acquisition for all of Gap Inc.’s technology division where you will work closely with business leaders and other recruiters to drive our hiring efforts. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to candidates and internal business stakeholders, identify and engage with top talent, and drive the recruiting process while delivering an unparalleled candidate experience.

    What you'll do

    • Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, negotiation & acceptance
    • Manage complex searches and use data to advise the business on tech industry trends
    • Manage partnerships and build relationships at all levels both internally and externally
    • Strategize with HR and Finance business leaders on workforce planning and forecasting
    • Support multiple technical functions at all levels across the enterprise
    • Build effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract and engage talent for open positions

       

      Who you are

    • 5+ years of technology corporate recruiting experience
    • Excellent recruiting fundamentals - identifying talent, managing/influencing candidate and hiring manager expectations and closing offers
    • Outstanding relationship management skills and an ability to influence all levels of experience and leadership
    • Knowledge of EEO, ADA, and employment laws
    • Understanding of retail technology, a plus
