    JOB TITLE: Marketing and Events Coordinator - Customer & Market Insights

    DURATION: 3 months W2 ( possible conversion)

    LOCATION: San Francisco, CA

    The Customer Advisory Board (CAB) Program Manager, Customer & Market Insights (CMI), will join a growing, world-class listening function that acts as the chief evangelists and storytellers within the company of who our customers are and what they care about. We're a strategic company asset that informs product roadmap and innovation priorities, positioning, marketing, branding, as well as customer retention and growth strategies.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Initiate projects & programs by leading alignment on program scope, planning, aligning one or more teams on vision, business goals, creating program structure, and securing cross-functional support

    • Organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders for each project to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program issues. Be the key driver to ensure business goals are met and support the strategic vision of each program.

    • Develop strong partnerships with functional leaders to drive focus on business objectives. Be a trusted partner for executive management to ensure program success.

    • Track milestones and tasks across projects for the program

    • Provide visibility to project/program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.) on an ongoing basis through push status reporting (to all stakeholders, team members, and interested parties) and introduce mitigation tactics to minimize project delivery risks .

    • Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent project teams from delivering on project goals.

    • Create a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and learning.

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Familiarity and background with market research and customer listening events

    • Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal/presentation/written).

    • Experience with event management.

    • Proven experience working with teams across multiple departments (cross-functional groups a plus).

    • Proven track record of influencing and inspiring cross-functional peers and senior leaders by generating and implementing new ideas

    • Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced, startup environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously

    • Natural collaborator and team player

    • Strong written communication, verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

    • BA or BS degree required.

    • Background in qualitative and quantitative research methods desired

    • Understanding of enterprise software and CRM applications desired

    • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for research and listening events.
