    Location: San Francisco, CA

    Duration: 3 months (Contract)

    Job Description:

    In this role, you will get to help lead programming for all Social activities across the company. You will work closely with our Customer Marketing, Corporate and Executive Marketing, PR, Communications, Blog, Thought Leadership, Product Marketing, Creative, and Events teams (just to name a few) to set strategy and execute Social campaigns at scale.

    Attention to detail, creativity, a passion for driving impact, and willingness to tackle new projects are key.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Write compelling, unique, on-brand social media copy for Company’s social media channels

    • Support in the management of Salesforce's corporate social channels and editorial calendars across Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

    • Support pre, during, and post digital campaign flights including managing social strategy, content execution, and analysis.

    • Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders to execute social programs that meet business needs.

    • May be responsible for helping manage influencer marketing, experience marketing, customer marketing, event marketing, strategic communications, thought leadership, and/or regional marketing programs . . . to name a few!

    • Be willing to adapt and flex as our team's needs and priorities evolve. Things move fast at Salesforce! It's go time!


    Experience/Skills Required:

    • 2+ years experience in social media marketing at a B2C or B2B brand. Experience managing highly visible, high volume channels.

    • Proven expertise as a cross-functional leader with references to back you up.

    • Deep working knowledge of social best practices and proven experience executing campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

    • Experience writing creative and compelling copy with examples to show.

    • Experience creating and managing a social media calendar using CMS tools such as Social Studio, Sprinklr, or SocialBaker.

    • Proven track record developing unique social media campaigns and stories using a variety of content types including graphics, photography, and video.

    • History working with external vendors -- bonus points given for project management expertise.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
