Product Manager Owning event registration apps, building out entire application, working with high level execs at Salesforce.com and related business partners, and using various portal and Salesforce technology
Looking for a pretty seasoned professional here, someone with about a dozen years experience, especially in either IT or being a systems analyst. Someone who knows CRM systems like the back of their hand, and at least 4-6 years experience coming up with solutions for Salesforce.com or Siebel CRM systems.
The SalesForce.com[http://SalesForce.com] IT team is looking for an experienced product manager/analyst who is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about designing and executing best-of-breed, scalable, end-to-end enterprise business solutions.
As a member of the SalesForce.com[http://SalesForce.com] IT team, the candidate will closely work with our internal Marketing organization and external partners to help define the requirements and solutions needed to support key business processes, especially lead creation, nurturing and email marketing.
Responsibilities
Partner with business representatives at all levels to assess, initiate, refine and drive appropriate technology solutions by focusing on optimized end-state business processes within our internal instance of salesforce.com[http://salesforce.com].
Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Translate business requirements into technology solutions. -Ensure applicable global business requirements are defined.
Identify business process solutions and turn those into solution architecture decisions
Work very closely with project managers and development teams to ensure delivery of the solutions.
Required Skills
4-6 years experience creating solutions for CRM business applications, particularly salesforce.com
In depth knowledge of Marketing related business process flows.
Experience with Marketing Automation applications, especially email marketing apps
Bachelor's Degree, with 6+ yrs related information systems experience
Background in business process analysis, requirements and design, as well as data modeling and detailed functional design.
Knowledge of analyzing process flows and working with teams to identify and analyze process improvement opportunities.
Experience with end-user usability best practices for SFA systems
Excellent project management skills, with experience project managing a high visibility IT project.
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks
Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environment
