Job Description:

The main function of the operations associate is to support partner managers in ensuring priority partners operational issues are addressed and internal department priorities are compiled and organized for execution. The Operations associate professional acts as direct support on company’s processes, improvements and internal or external initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead communication on internal priorities for the Music Artist Partnerships team including goaling and product launch timelines.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the Artist Partnerships team is represented in key conversations that will influence product decisions

Support Music Artists Partner Managers on high-value partners operational needs, such as filing tasks and communicating status internally to partner managers

Work cross-functionally to triage operational issues and help drive solutions for artists and their teams.

Align with product and operational teams to act as an expert on specific media and music products.

Offer high-touch solutions based on familiarity with product launch status and technical issues.

Serve as an internal advocate to connect teams to product and aggregate systemic issues to drive toward resolution.

Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree or higher; ; candidates with relevant experience will also be considered

Experience and/or interest in working in the music industry

3-4 years of experience in online operations, consulting, or account, partner, or project management

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience developing materials for executive-level presentations.

Experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally.

Experience solving problems in a collaborative environment

Experience prioritizing multiple responsibilities on behalf of several stakeholders.
