Job Title: Privacy Analyst

Job Location: Menlo Park, CA

Duration: 7 months W2 contract , possible extension or conversation

Duties:

Assist in project managing the work of multiple cross functional teams under the guidance of a privacy program manager. Analysis and documentation of Content may focus with a focus on privacy and privacy by design frameworks/principles

Assist with process improvements, coordinating teams, scheduling meetings, documenting outcomes of meetings

Standardize and polish branding across all collateral

Experience working with in privacy programs or legal privacy

Experience building out project plans, tracking and managing stakeholders and shipping deliverables

Skills:  

5+ years experience in program or project management role

3+ years of experience in privacy (GDPR, CCPA, Privacy Shield)

Experience using standard publishing tools (Office 365, G Suite, Adobe, etc.)

Experience prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on time

Experience creating influential relationships with technical and non-technical people

Efficiently work in Microsoft Word, PPT, PDF, and online Google Suites to create content

Familiarity with Privacy by design principles

Communication skills

Education: BA degree or Project Manager certification
