    Facebook is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to manage product, community and business work streams that help launch new programs specific to sports teams and athletes. This role requires deep knowledge of the sports business industry, as well as strong interpersonal skills to help drive alignment among various stakeholders, while also influencing go-to-market strategies that optimize for growth, adoption and value for this audience.

    The successful candidate will have experience managing social campaigns related to audience development, ticketing, commerce and sponsorship, while capable of influencing stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization. This role will require cross-team collaboration with our internal counterparts in Product, Marketing and Partner Solutions, and will touch upon a broad set of products across Facebook, Inc. with a primary focus on our video, community and monetization products such as Watch, Instagram Reels, Stories, Groups, In-Stream Ads, Branded Content and more. This is a 6-month contract role, based in Menlo Park, for the Media Partnerships Team.

    *Responsibilities*

    * Manage framework for partner business reviews, including data analysis, collateral creation and tactical recommendations

    * Create scalable growth plans to drive community-focused objectives for sports teams and athletes on and off Facebook platforms

    * Gather partner feedback; synthesizing into product requirements, prioritizing, scoping, and working with our product and engineering teams to build into the product roadmap

    * Provide internal support and timely solutions to build long-term relationships and trust across the sports team and athlete ecosystem

    * Create scalable reporting for league counterparts related to sports teams performance in regards to content and business growth

    * Engage supporting roles like Partner Solutions, Media Operations and Marketing through cross-functional collaboration

    Minimum Qualifications:

    * BA/BS degree or higher

    * 2+ years experience in sports/entertainment industry, with focus on digital initiatives and partnerships

    * Deep understanding of the sports industry and sports publisher ecosystem on Facebook & Instagram

    * Excellent project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects on deadline

    * Knowledge of the sports content and media landscape, revenue streams, digital business models and overall internet/technology space

    * Knowledge of Facebook’s ad platform and experience in running campaigns related to team business objectives

    * Ability to work effectively independently, as a team, and cross-functionally, both internally and externally

    * Experience working with data and drawing actionable insights from data

    * Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
