Job Description:
Manage a program utilizing proprietary process for Program Management. Manage supply and demand to ensure adequate resources are available and delivery commitments are met.
Act as the primary interface for the business partners and the initiative. Manage timelines, status reports, statistics, and program expenditures.
Skill Set:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Strong innovation and facilitation skills.
Proven oral and written communication skills; Presentation skills.
Sound analytical skills.
Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units.
Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization.
Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.·
Comments for Suppliers: Hardware Life-Cycle TPM
Maintain hardware through its' life cycle
Provide PDM hardware life cycle line of sight
Provide Stores TPM robust action based reporting (azure/powerbi)
TPM will lead multi-disciplinary roles within gap and vendors to deliver
Hardware life cycle (end of life) schedules
Vendor SOW to meet hardware maintenance objectives
Manage vendor to meet Service Levels
Operational readiness for new hardware and for changes due to hardware end of life
Forecasting/Budgeting future total cost of hardware maintenance ownership
Retire/Sell/Donate/Scrap hardware
Action based reporting (azure/powerbi)
Ongoing optimization for maintenance/life cycle management processes
Issue remediation for maintenance activities
