Job Title: Teamcenter Developer and User support
This resource will work on development tasks, user support for Teamcenter and NX L2/L1 issues and creating documentation for various TC/NX needs. As part of development tasks, this resource will develop the solution components, creating customizations and configurations for the solutions.
Responsibilities
Development:
• Teamcenter server and client customization using ITK, C++, JAVA and SOA.
• Developing custom handlers, user extensions, custom scripts, client-side customization and web services.
• Active Workspace latest versions configuration and customization using SOA and angular JS.
• Working in creating/updating ACLs, Workflows, Organization, Project, TC Visualization, Classification and NX Manager.
• Working in Structure Manager including creating Revision Rules and Variant Rules. Configuring Assemblies using Rev and Variant rules.
User Support:
• Act as first point of contact for problem resolution and resolve key systemic production issues.
• Support daily Multisite user issues in US and APAC. Troubleshoot and resolve Multisite Share, Transfer and data sync issues.
• Create Teamcenter training material.
• Support various user issues like TC client setup, connection issues, data and process lock issues, TC-NX integration issues, import/export issues.
Testing:
• Unit testing, system integration and UAT testing.
• Document test cases for system integration testing and UAT.
• Create detailed training material for end users with minimal TC knowledge.
NX:
• Work on TC-NX integration issues.
• Work on NX-TC import and export issues.
• Importing from legacy CAD systems data to NX
• Support NX designer user’s day to day issues.
Requirements
• 6 years direct experience with Teamcenter and NX customizations and configurations on both server and client sides BMIDE using ITK, C++, JAVA and SOA.
• Expertise in latest active Workspace versions customization and configuration.
• Teamcenter configuration and customization expertise for BMIDE, TC-NX integrations, Active Workspace and NX Integration. Expertise in Workflows, Classification administration, project and Access Manager is must.
• Daily User and admin support of TC and NX issues.
• Documentation experience to create test case documents and User training manuals is must.
• Teamcenter Multisite expertise.
• Multi CAD admin and support experience is a plus.
• Support users in the APAC region as required
• Good analytical skills with expertise in overall Teamcenter product to solve Teamcenter end user issues
• Should have strong team work skills and able to work in open team environment
• Knowledge of Agile PLM and drafting experience is a plus
• Knowledge of consumer electronics is preferred.
