JOB TITLE: DIGITAL MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER
LOCATION: SEATTLE, WASHINGTON
DURATION: 1 YEAR W2 CONTRACT

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Website Strategy
Maintain a deep understanding of website experiences and recommend unique opportunities to leverage content, creative, and technology that may drive or influence execution
Experience analyzing quantitative data and building dashboards and reports
Manage site SEO strategies and content optimizations
Stay abreast of UX trends, emerging digital technologies, media opportunities, approaches and strategies
Project Management
Project manage multiple websites that are in different stages in the development cycle from pre-launch to maintenance
Provide strong organizational visions – people, process, and governance – to help customers align their teams toward business objectives
Work closely with design and development teams to execute against site roadmaps, upload and update content in our content management system, oversee site maintenance, and influence site optimizations
Coordinate internal and external cross-functional teams including but not limited to engineering, design, and marketing to drive site launch, updates, and improvements
Manage day-to-day relationship with digital creative and development agencies supporting the marketing team
Update schedules and requirements as needed, pending changes in product timelines or strategy
Coordinate internal and external creative resources to ensure collaboration and creative excellence
REQUIREMENTS:
4+ years of website project management experience with a track record of increased responsibility
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, computer science, systems engineering, business, or a related field.
Ability to multi-task and work autonomously in fast-paced, changing environment
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong business acumen, written communication and quantitative analytical skills
Strong knowledge of digital design principles, usability and UX principles and branding best practices
Proficient in HTML/XML/CSS
Expertise with various content management systems (Wordpress, Joomla!, or similar)
Experience working with website analytics software like Google Analytics, Moz, or BrightEdge
Have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with analytics and data tracking tools
Experience with SEO management and optimization
Publishing, News, or Media Industry experience preferred
BA/BS degree business, marketing, economics, communications or similar with strong academic background or equivalent experience
