Job Title: Program Coordinator (Ecosystem)

Heroku is looking for an experienced program coordinator whose focus will be on supporting Heroku's rapidly developing partnership ecosystem and product team. As new partners join the Heroku ecosystem it is important they feel supported operationally through on-boarding and communication.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Onboard, support and setup new partners on Heroku marketplace
Surface actionable insights and recommendations for improving effectiveness of operating processes and initiatives by leveraging data from SQL queries and BI tools e.g. Looker
Review/approve monthly client billing invoices to ensure accurate invoicing
Schedule, organize and log video conference meetings and product meetings with partners
Ensure accurate and timely communications on engagements and business development individuals/companies
Assist in business development including using Salesforce to update and maintain partners business development interactions.
Create polished decks / documentation to solicit partners, report on status of the program, and other special projects
Monitor all engagements with Heroku partners worldwide
Review all reports from Accounting to ensure accuracy, requesting corrections when and where necessary
Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports for partner marketing events.
Ensure effective coordination of workflow by partnering with the Heroku marketing and Heroku staff when necessary
Participate in regularly scheduled office meetings
Keep up to date on firm policies and procedures and software by reviewing all emails and attending training sessions when necessary
Handle a high volume and variety of calls from partners related to business development, marketing and analytics
Maintain partnerships business calendar and coordinate travel and partner roadshows; prepare a detailed itinerary for each trip (heavy travel schedule, both domestic and international)
Requirements:
2+ years of program management or business operations experience with demonstrated ability to discover opportunities, and improve process.
Strong customer, partner and stakeholder empathy. You'll be the interface between product, engineering and marketing. The ability to channel and prioritize multiple viewpoints is key.
Desire and commitment to learn the “craft” at the highest level, and be an integral part of the team
Experience with Salesforce cloud platform
Self-motivated, energetic, tenacious with a “can-do” attitude, willingness to accept new challenges, find out-of-the-box solutions and able to work without direct supervision
Experience in managing partner and/or alliance relationships, preferably in cloud environments.
Outstanding interpersonal awareness and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a desire to communicate actively at all levels within and outside of the firm
