Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced production designer with high craft and attention to detail to support our product design team across various design initiatives. Production Designers are a relatively new role at Facebook and are essential to our Entertainment Design System because of the rate at which we continue to evolve and our component library, templates and design tools. Production designers ultimately enable product designers to ship high quality products.

You will primarily work alongside designers, engineers, and marketing to ensure that designs are consistent and cohesive across our ecosystem.

Hard Skills:
• 2+ years relevant design experience
• Accustomed to Figma
• Experienced with Google Drive
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Familiar with iOS, Android and WWW design

Soft Skills:
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Closely follows directions and works within established product/department guidelines
• Independent, but also communicates with and receives direction from cross-functional teams
• Works quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Adapts to a rapidly changing/evolving environment

Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain a large library of design files including updating existing libraries to ensure accuracy
• Redlining / speccing libraries for engineering
• Fulfill UI content requests for Marketing
