    Job Description

    Onsite- M-F normal core hours The Oncology Global Marketing team is looking for an administrative professional to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. The role of the Administrative Coordinator (AC) will primarily be responsible for a variety of complex administrative support activities related to the day-to-day business operations of Commercial Global Marketing – Oncology therapeutic area and will work in a fast-paced environment with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: · Manage calendars and scheduling meetings for the Executive Directors and Directors · Arrange complex multi-city domestic and international travel · Prepare expense reports · Assist with special projects · Maintain key 1:1 meetings and team meetings · Organizing meeting rooms, including logistics, catering and equipment needs · Managing the administrative aspects of relationships with outside experts and vendors · Renew professional memberships before expiration · Timely registering for conferences, congresses and seminars · Assist with ancillary meetings during major conferences · Assist with preparation of presentations and meeting agendas Providing backup support to additional departmental Sr. Executive Assistant and ACs · Order office supplies for the department · Performing other administrative duties.

    Preferred Qualifications · 5+ years of experience in an administrative support role supporting large teams at different levels · Experienced and proficient with all current technologies and platforms · Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written · Ability to liaise with cross-functional team members and effectively communicate with internal and external business partners · Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment · Proactive, responsive, driven, self-starter · Discretion in dealing with proprietary information · Exceptional at managing multiple calendars including coordination across multiple time zones. Ability to prioritize projects of greater urgency and importance · Excellent organizational and time-management skills · Excellent travel and meeting planning skills · Helpful, can-do attitude with a solution-oriented approach · Polite and personable ‘team player’ · Skilled at remaining calm under pressure · Experience working in biopharma industry · Bachelor’s degree

    Basic Qualifications

    Associate’s degree and 2 years of Administrative experience OR High school diploma/GED and 4 years of Administrative experience.

    Must have skills

    Administrative experience 5 years. Ability to work in a fast-paced busy department. Ability to handle multi tasks.
