    Job Description: • Main point of contact for creation of purchase orders; routing of contracts and invoices; identifying and resolving discrepancies and liaise with Accounts Payable and Finance  Responsible for triaging invoices via Readsoft system and ensuring issues are tracked until resolution • Responsible for managing P-Card transactions • Responsible for uploading Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA’s), Confidentiality Agreements (CDA’s), Sites, Vendors, etc. into a database • Schedule meetings and reserve conference rooms for the OBG Clin Ops Group e.g. training and vendor meetings • Assist in invoice reconciliation for vendors on clinical studies • Responsible for any shipments required in the department including shipment of binders to study sites when needed • Responsible for coordinating and getting approval for IT Access for team • Responsible for ordering office supplies • Responsible for managing Concur travel expenses • Responsible for arranging travel via Egencia • Responsible for managing onboarding processes using onboarding tracker and liaising with Human Resources and the IT department

    QUALIFICATIONS: • 5-7 years’ experience demonstrating mastery of administrative support skills • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc) • Experience with SAP/SRM • Experience processing invoices and contracts • Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task, work with a high level of initiative; possess excellent project planning and priority setting skills, as well as excellent organization, communication, writing and interpersonal skills. • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues.
