    Change Management Technicians perform functions associated with all wafer production including operations, equipment, process and training for the NSG Technology Development team in Rio Rancho. In addition, the Change Management Technician is responsible for, but not be limited to the following: Job Summary and Description: As a Process Control Technician in the Change Management group, you will be responsible for carrying out critical changes to manufacturing software control systems. Working with a team of peer technicians and engineers within the Control Systems Management group, you will receive and process internal customer change requests in accordance to Change Management business rules and workflow. You can also expect to interact with a broad array of internal customers comprised of engineers and technicians from process, equipment and product engineering groups. High attention to detail will be expected to prevent unintended changes or process variations. As issues arise, you will be required to troubleshoot and provide manufacturing support including off hours on a rotational on-call assignment basis. Additional responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Responsibilities: • Evaluate internal customer requests, requirements and implementation risks • Execute process control systems setup or changes (MES, SPC, Station Controllers, APC, Equipment Tracking, Etc.) • Driving consistency across all business management systems relating to product quality • Troubleshoot and resolve process control systems issues • Coordinate with stakeholders to implement change • Document lessons learned • Completing all required safety training and ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with safety policies Minimum Qualifications: • Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and manufacturing processes • Demonstrated commitment, integrity, teamwork, and execution • Experience in change control and change management methodologies. • Experience in software systems with configuration or code change of fab software applications, such as (MES systems, SPC systems, Advance Process Control systems, Equipment or Silicon Tracking systems) • Experience in Fab data flow and tool/host communication • Proven ability to quickly learn and use new software applications • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail • Proven ability to accurately analyze and interpret data • Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision Education and Experience: Candidate must have 5+ years’ work experience. Candidate should possess a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) certification, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree; or equivalent training
