Admin Assistant
· Proficient with Microsoft Office - Excellent Outlook skills
· Quick study on learning company tools and processes, good judgment
· Proficient in proactive CALENDAR MANAGEMENT. - WEB, SHAREPOINT experience a plus.
· Efficient in booking domestic/international travel- Concur is the travel program
· Serving as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures; and being a resource for office related software applications
· A problem solver that provides good judgment when making routine recommendations.
· A team player
· Ability to Multi Task, be organized, be Creative
· Proactive in looking at processes, solutions to problems. Good judgment in handling confidential information
· Self-motivated, organized, customer oriented, able to multitask, as well as be comfortable in an environment of ambiguity.
· Able to adapt to change in a dynamic environment.
· Able to work with minimal supervision - Anticipates logistical and tactical issues
· Handle multiple issues/responsibilities while maintaining a high level of performance.

· Maintaining data in SharePoint sites
Qualifications
Qualification:
· Minimum Education: HS diploma or equivalent plus
5 YEARS OF ADMIN ASSISTANT EXPERIENCE
