Job Description

DESCRIPTION:

·         Customer tools team in Intel Memory and Solution Group is seeking an experienced software engineer with a strong expertise in software development and proven experience in C++ Required skills, not limited to the following:

·         Must have excellent knowledge of C++ programming

·         Must be able to partner with our engineering team to understand business requirements and rapidly implement solutions to meet our customer’s needs

·         Must be able to partner with our validation team to ensure that new development does not create regression in our software

·          Must have excellent problem solving capability and debugging skills

·         Must be able to deal with ambiguity and should be able to rapidly create technical prototypes for complex problems

·         Must have strong communication skills

·         Must be able to make and meet commitments

·          MINIMUM EDUCATION: BS degree in Computer Science (preferred) or related fields. PREFERRED SKILLS:

·         Desirable to have basic understanding of system hardware, SSDs and firmware update process

·         Prior experience in writing custom drivers and publishing them to Microsoft windows developer center will be an added advantage Local candidates only
