LOCATION               SEATTLE, WA

DURATION              5+ MONTHS  (PART TIME)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

BILLING ADMINISTRATION

• Administering the electronic billing process and system, Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker, including:

o Administering user access

o Opening and closing matters

o Assisting with the onboarding of new vendors

o Uploading approved timekeeper rates

o Building and running automated reports, and generating ad hoc reports on an as-needed basis

o Responding to internal and external billing inquiries, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing issues.

o Ensuring accurate and timely receipt and processing of supplier/law firm invoices

PAYMENT PROCESSING AND BUDGET SUPPORT

• Processing timely and accurate export of data from e-Billing system into AP system

• Working with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate monthly accrual process

• Identifying and resolving accrual discrepancies

• Liaising with Accounts Payable team.

SETTLEMENTS AND WIRES

• Processing customer refund checks, supplier settlement checks and wires on behalf of Legal

• Facilitating timely consumer claim payments in Brazil:

o Processing bi-weekly wire requests

o Sending a bi-weekly balance sheet with consumer claims paid to Treasury

o Processing settlement and/or judgment payments in connection with consumer claims
