Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Administrator to manage and support day-to-day network operations and end-user computing within a professional on-site environment. This role is operational and execution-focused, not an architecture or design position.
The ideal candidate thrives in a small to mid-sized setup, enjoys working directly with internal teams, and takes ownership of infrastructure stability, performance, and user satisfaction. You will play a key role in ensuring reliable connectivity, system availability, and responsive IT support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Network & Infrastructure Support
Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco switches and routers
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, latency, and performance issues
Maintain and support LAN/WAN environments, including switching and routing
Ensure network availability, stability, and adherence to basic security best practices
End-User Computing & Device Support
Provide hands-on PC and desktop support (hardware, operating systems, and applications)
Support end-user devices including desktops, laptops, phones, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot Windows OS issues, software installations, updates, and system performance
Act as primary on-site IT support for daily technical issues
User Support & IT Operations
Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, device provisioning, and access management
Provide responsive day-to-day IT support for approximately 65–70 internal users
Document issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures as required
Communicate clearly with users to understand issues and deliver timely solutions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Cisco networking environments
Strong experience in PC/desktop administration and troubleshooting
Solid understanding of LAN/WAN concepts, switching, routing, and TCP/IP
Proven experience supporting 50+ users in an on-site business environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, execution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach
