Job Description:
House Rock Wildlife Area (HRWA) is an AZGFD-managed area that covers approximately 58,000 acres of United States Forest Service land adjacent to the Grand Canyon. AZGFD manages House Rock Wildlife Area for a variety of wildlife species (including pronghorn, deer, and bison) through a network of wildlife drinkers and dirt tanks.
The Temp Worker will assist with management activities at HRWA. They will work under the supervision of the HRWA Manager. This is a field-based, manual labor position that requires driving and working in remote locations, in extreme weather, and working alone.
Additional Information
AZGFD will provide housing
Must have a 4-wheel drive car to get to the location
Will not be reimbursed to get to the location
The contractor will be using the states vehicle during length of assignment
