    Job Description

    Overview:

    CapTech is seeking a highly motivated Infrastructure Program Manager to lead a strategic modernization initiative utilizing Microsoft Azure and Oracle technologies. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end program management, aligning technology modernization with business objectives, and ensuring a robust, scalable infrastructure solution. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership skills to drive successful implementation and integration of cloud and enterprise systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the modernization project, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

    • Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets while mitigating risks and managing changes.

    • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams (IT, development, operations, security, and business stakeholders) to ensure seamless integration between Azure-based solutions and Oracle systems.

    • Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

    • Coordinate the migration of legacy systems to modernized cloud environments, leveraging Oracle technologies to support critical business functions.

    • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to assess project progress, optimize processes, and ensure high-quality delivery.

    • Champion agile and lean methodologies to enhance project efficiency and respond rapidly to evolving business requirements.

    • Provide regular executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and opportunities, ensuring transparency and proactive resolution of issues.

    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

    • 7+ years of program or project management experience in large-scale IT infrastructure or modernization initiatives.

    • Demonstrated experience managing cloud transformation projects, with specific expertise in Microsoft Azure and Oracle environments.

    • Solid understanding of infrastructure modernization principles, including cloud migration, resource optimization, hybrid cloud architectures, and governance.

    • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.

    • Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile (e.g., Scrum Master), or relevant cloud certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.

    • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills with the capacity to drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
