    Job Summary: Construction Project Manager

    A growing Design-Build Energy Services Construction Company (ESCO) is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee industrial water and waste water, infrastructure, and building facilities projects. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, scheduling, and budgeting experience in industrial, municipal, or utility construction projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead day-to-day project execution from pre-construction through completion

    • Supervise and support all project personnel, including subcontractors and site teams

    • Develop and manage project schedules and ensure on-time delivery

    • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle

    • Manage all project documentation: contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and close-out packages

    • Work closely with engineering and estimating teams to develop accurate scopes and budgets

    • Monitor and enforce jobsite safety, working closely with field teams and vendors

    • Maintain excellent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members

    • Identify and resolve project risks and obstacles

    • Coordinate project turnover, owner training, and warranty handoff

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience preferred

    Experience:

    • 5+ years as a Project Manager in civil, mechanical, or industrial construction

    • Experience with wastewater treatment, municipal utilities, or infrastructure projects

    • Track record managing project values from $5M–$50M+

    • Familiarity with construction administration tools and software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, BlueBeam)

    Skills:

    • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and scopes of work

    • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities

    • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and multi-tasking skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Proactive problem solver with a results-driven mindset
