    Job Description

    Are you looking to use your creativity and problem-solving skills to have a significant impact on building a sales development function virtually from the ground up?   

     

    Infuse is a well-established technology company with locations on both the East & West Coast.  We are well known in the healthcare & payment space where we specialize in strategy and vision, full stack development, project management, and UX graphic design.  We provide services such as mobile and web apps, internet of things, point of sale and enterprise integrations.

     

    We are looking for a creative problem solver who loves a challenge and wants to work collaboratively to build out a robust sales development function.  This person will have full sales cycle responsibility with a heavy emphasis on business development using both outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion through to close with the goal of adding new logos. 

     

    This is an opportunity to work hand-in-hand with the owner and the Head of sales to expand from new business coming primarily from referrals and add some serious growth demand generation strategies and tactics.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ·         Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation

    ·         Omni-channel cold outreach – phone, email, social, video

    ·         Inbound lead conversion

    ·         Running exploratory call & qualifying leads

    ·         Team selling

    ·         Helping to build the sales development function

    Additional Information

    ·        

    • After 3 months individual should be on track to keep 9 new prospect meetings a month; 15 after 6 months - After 9 months individual should be on track to capture 1 new logo per month; 2 after 12 months

     

    ·         Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field

    ·         At least 3-5 years' of relevant work experience

    ·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    ·         Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
