Monterey Pain & Spine Institute and Majestic MD Spa are seeking a polished and skilled Infusion Nurse (LVN) to join our team in a high-touch, patient-focused environment. This is a unique hybrid role where you’ll work closely with physicians, delivering exceptional infusion care alongside advanced clinical support.

Key Responsibilities

Administer IV infusion therapies safely and efficiently

Monitor patients and manage any adverse reactions

Provide clear patient education and follow-up guidance

Support physicians in a high-level clinical/advanced MA capacity

Ensure seamless patient flow and a personalized experience

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety protocols

Qualifications

Active California LVN license (required)

Completion of an accredited infusion therapy training program as an adjunct to LVN school

2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in an infusion or clinical setting

Current CPR/BLS certification and knowledge of emergency protocols

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Ability to anticipate needs and be pro-active

Ability to follow specific training guides and written protocols

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Comfortable working in a boutique, concierge-style clinical environment

Compensation & Benefits

$30–$40/hour, depending on experience and skillset

Schedule Expectations This role includes occasional weekends and some extended hours to support client needs and special events. Scheduling is planned in advance and designed to maintain work-life balance while delivering a high level of patient care.
