Job Description

Our client, a leading San Diego CPA Firm, is looking for an experienced Tax Manager. The ideal candidate is a team player with real estate taxation industry experience who can manage the tax team to greater performance in a collaborative culture. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate and manage the preparation and review tax returns for Individuals, Estates and Trusts, Partnerships, S Corporations, and other business entities
• Manage members of the tax team as they prepare components of the company's tax return and other tax documents.
• Monitor compliance with due dates and within time budgets
• Engage in business development by generating leads, expanding client services and networking in the community

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA required
• Previous experience in real estate taxation industry or other related fields
• 8 or more years of recent experience in tax with a public accounting firm
• Pro System FX experience a plus
