    Job Description

    INGRAM CONTENT GROUP (ICG) is hiring for an INTERN to contribute to our team in our LA VERGNE, TN OR NYC office for the Summer 2022 semester.  The Intern will support content acquisition by building a pipeline of global contacts. Additionally, the intern will research global market gaps and identify global business opportunities using market data and create reports for the content acquisition team on global market intelligence and business development. Finally, this person will conduct research and provide detailed analysis for management.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • HS Diploma, GED, or directly related year for year experience.
    • Working towards a degree in Publishing, Business, or other relevant fields.

    PREFERRED SKILLS:

    • Experience with Salesforce.
    • Experience with MS Excel.
    • Knowledge and passion to work in the publishing field.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identifies leads for global content acquisition
    • Creates a global pipeline for the content acquisition team to acquire global content
    • Manages and maintains Salesforce customer data as needed
    • Performs market analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in our catalog outside North America
    • Recommends campaigns and targeted outreach of geographies and market segments based on analysis
    • Creates regular reports and progress updates for key stakeholders
    • Provides detailed ad hoc analysis
