    Job Description

    Ingram Content Group (ICG) **** is hiring for a **Manager, Business Operations & Client Integration **to contribute to our team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.

    In this role, you will lead and manage all aspects of internal client integration and termination activities including: complete oversight of client integration protocols as well as the tracking, implementation, or termination of publisher contracts. You will also oversee process management and system improvement projects related to onboarding and exists. In addition, you’ll manage a team of Specialists and work collaboratively as a team with brand operations leads.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree or year for year related experience
    • 5 years experience in an operational or analytical role
    • 3 years’ experience in a management position

    Preferred Skills:

    • Book industry experience
    • Experience working with metadata

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serves as the project manager for IPS client on-boarding and interface of Ingram systems or infrastructure including IPS, wholesale, LSI, and digital.
    • Manages the continuous improvement of onboarding and exiting process and policies specifically business processes and organizational planning.
    • Supports the business goals as outlined in the strategic plan, and prioritizes them accordingly, while meeting customer expectations.
    • Partners with other departments to maintain a high level of operational success, ensuring operational efficiency.
    • Partner and liaise accordingly with internal partners for all system and process improvements relevant to client management.
    • Conducts regular updates with internal associates to ensure deadlines and timelines are met
    • Manages publisher enrollment on services such as Bookscan and Emma.
    • Facilitates the trouble shooting and resolution of client integrity related to systems and set up.
    • Manages a team of Client Integration & Acquisitions Specialists and assigns workflow accordingly.
    • Identifies any process improvements that benefit Ingram or the client.
