    Job Description

    INGRAM CONTENT GROUP (ICG) is hiring for an Onboarding Intern to contribute to our OPERATIONS team in BREINIGSVILLE, PA.

    This Internship is designed to provide current students and/or recent college graduates practical, real-world experience and expose them to the many facets of business and culture with ICG.  Gains knowledge of ICG business standards and procedures. Handles administrative tasks for assigned department.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Current college student pursing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s level degree

     PREFERRED SKILLS:

    • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar field

     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supports onboarding and retention efforts of operations leadership by engaging with new associates and analyzing data
    • Gathers questions, concerns, and ideas for improvement from new hires
    • Provides analysis and reporting support for operations department
    • Monitors assigned objectives and works with manager to develop and prioritize projects/assignments.
    • Communicates necessary updates/information to department
