    Project Coordinator (Hybrid or Remote)

    Ingredient is seeking a Project Coordinator to add to our growing team. The role is responsible for supporting two or more Project Managers with specific tasks related to their assigned projects. The ideal candidate demonstrates outstanding organizational skills, is detail oriented, and is interested in a career in Project Management.

    What You'll Do:

    • Monitor and facilitate the daily progress of projects
    • Provide detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
    • Ensure team members have the information they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within the budget
    • Schedule meetings and create meeting agendas/recaps
    • Organize documents/files/assets for easy access
    • Assist Project Managers and Account Managers with utilization and actual vs. budgeted reconciliation reporting

    What You Bring:

    • Evidence of having managed projects before either at a prior job or in an academic setting
    • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
    • Top-notch oral and written communication skills
    • You work well with a team, and lead confidently and calmly, even when unexpected challenges arise
    • You're eager to learn, seek out answers to new challenges, and bring solutions to the table
    • You function effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment where prioritization, communication, and follow-through are key to successfully managing multiple projects/deadlines
    • You are proficient with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Forecast App, and/or Basecamp are a plus
    • You have familiarity of planning, creative, digital and email marketing processes, and a working knowledge of photo/video production is a plus

    Annual salary

    In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000, exclusive of benefits mentioned above. Your compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.
