    We are hiring a Culinary Content Producer. In this role you will test and develop recipes, prepare food for photo and video shoots, and work collaboratively with creative teams. You have a curiosity and passion for food culture, home cooking, and social media trends. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment and brings a strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and has experience in food content creation.

    What You'll Do:

    • Prepare and style food for photo and video shoots
    • Pitch, develop, and test recipes
    • Strive to understand each client's unique business challenges
    • Continuously research and bring new ideas for how to adapt content to take advantage of the newest features and latest social trends
    • Work closely with other Content Producers to cross-test and troubleshoot recipes
    • Test recipes in advance of shoot to ensure complete understanding of recipes as needed from a technical and visual standpoint
    • Work in collaboration with content planning and strategy teams
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and studio
    • Prepare detailed and accurate grocery lists and purchase groceries as needed

    What You Bring:

    • Ability to communicate well with people across departments
    • You're energized by collaborative environments; people respond to your open, communicative style.
    • A fierce love of cooking, eating, food culture
    • Must have experience specifically related to home cooking, understand nuances surrounding sourcing and credibility, and a deep understanding of what works on the web
    • Culinary experience or producing food content is strongly preferred
    • Working knowledge of design trends and experience in food styling
    • Basic knowledge of Google Suite
    • Must be able to carry up to 40 lbs
    • Access to reliable transportation
    • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to adhere to tight deadlines
    • Ability to work independently and seek consultation when appropriate
    • Strong written communication skills. Technical writing experience is a plus

    Annual salary

    In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the salary range for this position is $57,500 - $67,500, exclusive of benefits mentioned above. Your compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.
