    Job DescriptionInHance Interiors is a premier residential Design Build firm looking for a business development associate superstar to illuminate and leverage our incredible suite of home design and building services in order to identify and secure client relationships with homeowners nationwide. Responsibilities• Primary contact for incoming leads• Qualify leads to progress through sales funnel (identify key characteristics)• CRM data entry & weekly reports• Maintain/update supporting collateral• Identify marketing needs and challenges• Provide constructive feedback to marketing team• Knowledge of common concerns & FAQ• Host initial phone consultations• Schedule in-person consultations• Draft client Proposals & contracts• Prepare project brief for design team• Stay informed about new projects, content, and company news• Client Onboarding & Design Team Intro• Close new clients with ideal scope and fitSkills• 2+ years’ experience in a similar sales role• Organic (not pushy or cheesy) sales style• Knowledge of interior design industry, trends, and product is crucial • Knowledge of construction and architectural planning• Must be personable, warm, and sophisticated to relate to high-end homeowners and developers• CRM management and analysis (Buildertrend, Salesforce, or similar) • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) • Self-starter with the ability to organize amidst competing priorities • Creative with a YES attitude Must live in Los Angeles
