POSITION SUMMARYInHance Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee our development functions. This role supports Leadership, Project Managers, and Team Members and requires a passion for providing exceptional service to internal and external vendors. The ideal candidate will excel at time management, organization, prioritizing, anticipating the needs of others, and maintaining a positive attitude. The Project Coordinator will coordinate the day-to-day activities of a variety of individuals, schedule appointments, engage in conference calls and team meetings, and manage utilities and vendor relations. This individual will recognize the importance of confidentiality when working with a variety of documents and will conduct themselves in a professional manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Answer incoming calls
Assist with construction payables and budgets.
Manage construction lines of credit/trade accounts
Manage property utilities: Disconnects/New Services
Onboard any new sub-contractors/suppliers in BuilderTrend.
Put together warranty binders and request booklets from construction once the project is completed
Coordinate project permits, process documents by scanning, and print full building plans for field superintendents
Process in BuilderTrend purchase orders, change orders, bids, and receipts received from sub-contractors and suppliers.
Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned
As needed basis go to LADBS to drop off/pick up plans and permits.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
2+ years of admin experience in a Development and Construction environment
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; highly organized, Detailed Oriented
Demonstrated ability to build relationships across an organization
Is open to professional development and additional software training
BuilderTrend (or CRM equivalent) experience is preferred but not required
QuickBooks Online experience preferred but not required
Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred
