Injector Testing Machine Operator Job Duties:
Testing team members are responsible for the operation and maintenance of production test machines specifically for our refurbished product line. Team members will need to be able to learn how to safely and efficiently operate up to 6 different types of hydraulic/electric test benches.
Visually inspect and pre-qualify injectors prior to testing
Install injectors into testing fixtures in accordance with SOP
Apply appropriate test protocols and perform injector function and comprehensive tests
Document test results ensuring accurate data is captured
Interpret test results and process failed or qualified product in accordance with SOP
Clean and maintain machines and work area on a daily basis
Complete daily work logs and turn in to supervisor each day
Perform maintenance on testing equipment based on specified maintenance schedule
Communicate with other departments in the facility
Work overtime when required by business needs
Follow good housekeeping best practices for workstation, work area, and general office space
Adhere to InjectorsDirect.com’s Safety Standards and Policies
Perform other job duties, activities or responsibilities as assigned by the needs of the business, with or without notice
Experience Needed:
Our ideal candidate will be someone who is not afraid to be on their feet all day working hard. This is a production line type environment, so machine operators are expected to put out a high volume of work each day. The work area can be loud and hot at times. Must not be afraid of getting dirty.
