    JOB DUTIES

    As a Sales/Customer Service Team Member, you will be responsible for inside sales, outside sales, and customer service for InjectorsDirect.com. You are responsible for performing the following duties in a manner that exemplifies InjectorsDirect.com's mission, vision, and core values.

    • Answer, respond to, and follow-up on incoming sales and customer service calls, emails, and other inquiries
    • Set up new customer accounts ensuring accurate data collection and entry
    • Research market viability of new products and relay information to the management team
    • Log all potential client data into Salesforce CRM and ensure perfect follow-up on every lead
    • Oversee, update, and maintain existing customer accounts ensuring accurate data collection and entry
    • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and web chat
    • Process customer returns, both core and warranty, in accordance with SOP
    • Resolve customer concerns in adherence with written customer satisfaction policies
    • Work overtime when required by business needs
    • Follow good housekeeping best practices for workstation, work area, and general office space
    • Adhere to InjectorsDirect.com’s Safety Standards and Policies
    • Perform other job duties, activities or responsibilities as assigned by the needs of the business, with or without notice

    REQUIREMENTS

    • High School Diploma
    • 2+ years of experience in inside or outside sales and/or customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment
    • Experience handling and resolving customer concerns and issues
    • Experience working in automotive industry and/or hands-on automotive repair skills
    • Proficiency with Mac OS, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
