What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with “Industrial Athletes” (employees) onsite at a manufacturing facility—helping them perform at their best while preventing injuries before they happen.

Your impact will include:

Early injury intervention and symptom management

Ergonomic assessments (office & industrial environments)

Body mechanics training and job coaching

Movement screenings and posture analysis

Stretching and work conditioning program development

Delivering engaging presentations to employees and leadership

Partnering with Safety & EHS teams on injury prevention strategies

This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll be visible, valued, and able to make a difference every single day.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training, Occupational Health, or related field (PTA/OTA candidates encouraged to apply)

Industrial or clinical experience preferred

CPR Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Passion for injury prevention and helping others

Requirements:

Valid Indiana Driver’s License & reliable transportation

Willingness to travel 2 days per week (reimbursed)

Strong computer and documentation skills

Ability to pass drug screen and background check
