Requirements:

-2 years+ of ink mixing/color matching and water-based ink experience.  

-Candidates should be open to working Day, Night, Weekends, and Rotating shifts

Responsibilities:

• Operate to provide blended inks tailored to customer processes.
• Weigh, blend, and deliver press-ready inks efficiently to customer equipment while adhering to quality standards.
• Perform precise color matching and ink formulation according to customer production schedules.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including records of color matches, ink adjustments, consignment returns, and customer complaints as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in chemistry or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in ink formulation, blending, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
