Your Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ needs and develop strategies to help.
• Evaluate programs and services for quality.
• Provide support and resources for clients.
• Provide support and resources for clients.
• Respond to crisis situations that affect children and vulnerable or mentally unstable adults.
• Listen and provide counseling and/or psychotherapy sessions to children and adults.
• Create programs and services to benefit clients and community.
• Influence community and policymakers to develop programs, policies, and services to assist in social work.
• Advocate and raise awareness on behalf of clients and the needs of the community.

You Must have :

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, healthcare, or medical and related fields.
• Licensed by state board according to regulatory procedures.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Ability to travel to meet with clients
• Motivation to take on additional community involvement projects and solve problems
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple cases
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision

Job specific experience:

• Education: Master’s degree in social work (MSW) preferred

: Supervised practicum or internship preferred
