The most successful candidate will have some capacity to be entrepreneurial and nimble as well as be great at implementation and follow-through. They will be comfortable with addressing differences and conflict while simultaneously also humble and eager to receive and integrate feedback. They will also bring great care, integrity, optimism, and wonderful customer service to all they do. Responsibilities: • Carry out other human resources tasks and office administration duties when necessary • Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers and customers as a representative of our organization • Make sure office policies are adhered to and reflect our company’s high standards • Ensure office systems are efficient and effective including filing systems, schedules, budget, maintenance, and stock • Manage office’s secretarial duties including leading day-to-day operations and overseeing administrative assistants Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. • 10 or more years experience in Business Management. • Literacy in the use of advanced Practice Management Technology Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
