Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, offering empathetic and effective communication to understand their needs and concerns. • Utilize your sales background to effectively convey the value and expertise that Inkelaar Law offers, ensuring potential clients feel confident in choosing us to represent them. • Work closely with our legal team to ensure a smooth transition for clients as they begin their legal journey with us. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client communications and interactions. Qualifications: What We Are Looking For: • Bilingual Proficiency: Absolute fluency in both Spanish and English is a must. Your role will involve communicating effectively with a diverse client base. • Background in Sales: Proven experience in sales or a similar role where persuasive communication skills were key to success. • 2 years of experience • Associate degree in Business, Sales or Marketing • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: You should be a people person, someone who is naturally empathetic and able to build rapport with individuals from various backgrounds. • Driven and Motivated: The ideal candidate is someone who is not just looking for a job but is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of those who have been affected by personal injury or auto accidents.
