    QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    • DISPATCHING: 6 MONTHS- 1 YEAR (WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE).

    • CUSTOMER SERVICE: 6 MONTHS- 1 YEAR (PREFERRED).

    • ABILITY TO MULTITASK ON TAKING NOTES OVER THE PHONE.

    • ABILITY TO UTILIZE A COMPUTER. MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH COMPUTERS.

    • ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND STAYING ORGANIZED WITH DATA ENTRIES.

     

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

     

    THIS POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMMUNICATING WITH ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, MANAGEMENT, AND DRIVERS. PROSPECT CANDIDATES WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO WORK A COMPUTER IN ORDER TO DISPATCH EFFECTIVELY 2-3 TIMES A DAY AND THEN TAKE CALLS FROM DRIVERS TO ADVISE ON THE BEST COURSE OF ACTION TO BE TAKEN WHILE DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. SOME CONTACT WITH CLIENTS WILL BE NEEDED BUT ONLY TO ADVISE OF TIMES AND TO HELP CUSTOMERS MANAGE SOME OF THEIR REQUESTS FROM CUSTOMERS.  POSITION ALSO REQUIRES ACCURATE INPUT OF NECESSARY DATA INTO A PROVIDED EXCEL FORMAT AND FULFILL ANY OTHER IMPORTANT DUTIES REQUESTED. THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION WITH EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH. CANDIDATES WILL BE WORKING WITH AND ASSISTING UPPER MANAGEMENT CONTINUOUSLY DURING THE DAY. CANDIDATE REPORTS DIRECTLY TO AND SHARES AN OFFICE WITH THE OPERATIONS DIRECTOR.

     

    REQUIREMENTS: NEEDED IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION:

     

    • SERVICE COORDINATOR/ DISPATCHING EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.

    • ABILITY TO CORRELATE APPOINTMENTS AND TIME IN ORDER TO HAVE A CLEAN SCHEDULE.

    • ABILITY TO FOLLOW UP AND THROUGH WITH TECHNICIANS AND CUSTOMERS; TO HELP MAINTAIN A GOOD COMPANY- CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS.

    • PROFICIENT WITH MICROSOFT OUTLOOK, EXCEL AND WORD.

    • POSSESS PHONE ETIQUETTE- PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS, REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION NEEDING MANAGING. YOU WILL BE TESTED ON AN HOURLY BASIS!

    • ABILITY TO MULTITASK.
