Inner Shot is a locally owned and family operated business and is seeking individuals who will assist as axe throwing coaches, customer service and rotate running the shooting simulations. Our goal is to provide our customers with a memorable experience and keep them coming back for more. No experience necessary as we will train you on all the features we have. Safety is most important and we are looking for someone who will uphold our safety protocols, no matter what, when it comes to axe throwing. You must have excellent customer service skills - our customers are very important to us and we want to make sure they are being treated the best at all times! Our axe throwing coaches will teach and assist customers in getting their axe to stick on the targets. Your job will be to make sure that our customers are throwing properly and watching over everyone to make sure that no one is goofing off or doing something that could get someone injured. The shooting simulator operator will oversee the shooting simulator rooms and will make sure that customers are properly operating the equipment. You will be making sure that the simulators are working properly, compression tanks are full and no one is goofing off or doing something that could get someone injured. The following are requirements for this position: - Must be 18 years of age - Reliable form of transportation - Available to work flexible shifts - days, evenings & weekends - Ability to work in fast-paced environment - Legally able to work in the United States - Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift 50 lbs safely - Ability to stand for up to 6 hours - Able to work in a loud, lively environment - Personable, outgoing and willingness to learn - Dependable and conscientious - Team-player and gets along well with others Pay: $15 per hour Job Type: Part-Time Hours open to the public are: Friday 4PM-11PM Saturday 12PM-11PM Sunday 12PM-7PM We are also open for special events the remainder of the week and would need help during those times as needed.
