    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    InnoTek Computer Consulting is a growing Information Technology (IT) Company based in Bloomsburg, dedicated to providing superior Technology Services for businesses throughout Northeast PA. As Account Manager, you will help a wide range of companies achieve their business goals through the application of technology solutions. The successful account manager will build and strengthen business relationships by regularly communicating and meeting with assigned Clients.

    The Account Manager will work with our Technical Team to identify deficiencies in Clients’ technology, communicate the risks that may affect a Client’s business goals, and, by working with our Sales Engineer, propose solutions.

    In the process of growing over the last 21 years, InnoTek has earned some of the IT Industry’s most prestigious marketing, sales and business awards, and is looking for a Team player with a great attitude and a strong work ethic to continue this success!

    Candidates accepted into this role will work directly with our CEO and the Sales and Marketing Team to drive sales, ensure Client communication, and help deliver high Client satisfaction.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Client relationship management for assigned Clients
    • Proactive communication to maintain and build relationships
    • Educate Clients on IT issues and current IT trends
    • Quarterly technology review meetings with Clients
    • Work with Support Team to resolve Client issues:
    • Client liaison for questions, issues
    • Serve as a point of escalation for Client satisfaction issues
    • Assist with Sales and Marketing programs and event planning
    • Update InnoTek’s CRM software with accurate documentation of all activities conducted and Client Notes
    • Sales and Executive Assistance including:
    • Working with InnoTek CEO and preparing sales proposals
    • Scheduling CEO calendar
    • Light office administrative duties

    The IT Account Manager will possess attentive listening and effective communication skills. Duties will not be limited to the above.

    A general knowledge and enthusiasm for technology is a must, but specific technical skills are not needed as training will be provided. Initiative is required.

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
