    Job Description

    DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

    The Asset Management Department is responsible for curating, organizing, documenting, cataloging, and managing all digital assets for Innocean and our clients. Some examples are images, videos, print mechanicals, logos and brand guidelines.

    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The Associate Asset Manager is responsible for asset management, fulfilling asset requests and handling the flow of assets in and out of the agency. This person must have an understanding of the dynamics of asset management and be familiar with all digital file formats and associated programs. They must be highly organized and have great attention to detail.

    Includes assigning shot numbers, photography, CGI & illustration asset data entry into DAM (digital asset management), and related assistance to the art producers, production artists and creatives. Applicant should have a minimum of 2 years asset management and/or asset librarian experience within a creative environment.

    This position can be done 100%, permanently remote.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Associate Asset Manager will serve as asset librarian/curator of various accounts within the Innocean DAM
    • Manage and maintain Excel spreadsheet database
    • Assign shot numbers to assets
    • Develop new asset nomenclatures as required for new brands
    • Responsible for transferring files and metadata to DAM in timely manner
    • Manage all data relevant to digital assets in house, within Brandfolder (DAM)
    • Management of usage rights and file permissions
    • Handle usage queries from IWA employees, clients and 3rd party vendors
    • Work with Product Specialists on Model Year Updates and provide audits of images that require updates
    • Participate in the evaluation of the digital asset management system and workflow solutions
    • Fulfill requests for video and still assets for internal and external needs
    • Supports Asset Manager with additional projects as needed
    • Assist Art Producers, Creatives, Account Management, Print Producers and the Art Studio when appropriate

    REQUIREMENTS

    • College degree preferred

    • Solid working knowledge of asset management/data entry

    • Process oriented mind and data driven nature

    • Knowledgeable in Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator and all file formats

    • Able to prioritize large volume of work effectively and efficiently with deadlines

    • Collaborative position requires great people skills able to maintain positive, respectful and professional relationships with other departments, clients and vendors

    • Knowledge of current trends in Internet design and applications

    • Able to work extended hours, including weekends, as necessary

    • Ability to use good judgment when making business decisions and performing tasks

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Attention-to-detail; demonstrates a high degree of accuracy

    • Excellent organization and time management; ability to prioritize workload and multi-task

    • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, openly, honestly and with integrity
