Manufacturing / Printer Operating Experience? FULL-TIME & SEASONAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE! DIGITAL PRINT OPERATOR / MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATE NEEDED! Innotech Laser is looking to expand our team! We are currently hiring for production associates in our print department. Ideal candidate will have production or manufacturing experience, but we are willing to train the right person. Daily Responsibilities: Examine orders to determine details such as quantities to be printed, production time, stock specifications and colors Print the job according to exact specifications Prep, setup, and cleanup of printer Catch and report quality issues (must have attention to detail) Maintain constant workflow Skills and Abilities: Ability to separate, and edit art files for different printing methods and RIP software Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot Advanced attention to detail and accuracy Strong collaborative working style Have ability to keep machine running with steady flow Ability to work under tight deadlines Knowledge of Adobe illustrator, photoshop and other photo editing/ripping are HUGE + We offer: Good pay - dependent on experience Paid Holidays Medical, and dental insurance IRA w/ Company Matching % Paid time off/vacation Monday – Friday 8-10 hours/day overtime, possible weekends.
