    Property Management Assistant for Real Estate Office We’re hiring a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our growing real estate property management brokerage. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to administrative duties such as assisting the property management division with leases and management agreements, tenant and owner relations, answering the phone, monitoring and notifying clients and vendors of important deadlines, coordinating with HOAs regarding tenant move-ins, resolving non-compliance matters. Processing rental applications, and fieldwork by visiting our rental properties and secure videos and pictures. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, and be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented. Responsibilities: • Provide world-class customer service and build positive relationships with tenants and property owners • Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests and HOA matters • Visiting properties and recording videos, taking pictures, and tidying them up as needed • Preparing detailed and legally compliant lease and management agreements • Overseeing all financial procedures including verifying renter income, processing monthly payments, and executing default protocols and processes • Creating organizational systems to support accurate record keeping, efficient financial transactions, and prompt renter complaint resolution • Provide support with administrative office duties Qualifications: • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks • Self-disciplined and self-motivated • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Professional in attitude and appearance • Customer focus and bottom-line orientation • Proficiency in typing, computer software, MS Office products, and Google Suite (Google Drive, sheets, docs, calendar), etc. • Ability to learn new software • Minimum two years of experience • Knowledge of Appfolio software is a plus • Minimum two years of related office experience • Prior property management experience is a plus Compensation: $33,500 - $41,600 yearly
