Innova Sleep Systems is a family-owned business that provides high quality adjustable bed frames with responsive and efficient customer service. We are actively seeking a Customer Service Representative.
As a small business, this is a unique opportunity to be an instrumental part of a growing company. We are looking for someone that fits our fast-paced yet easy-going culture and has a knack for "getting stuff done” and demonstrates a sincere desire to assist customers and put their needs first.
While this role is designed to be in person and in office, we are currently operating remotely and with reduced capacity in the office. There will be limited instances when it will be necessary to go to the office to perform shipping duties.
