Salesforce Development Lead/ Specialist
Job Description
Responsible for Leading project for Salesforce CRM and CPQ ; including but not limited to the development solution, customer interaction , manage project using Agile , project documentation , Client demo , UAT participation , bug fixing , contribution in Hypercare support and QA .
Work on projects focused on Salesforce/Force.com development
Development , fixing of issues as per user stories in DevOps.
Should delivered 2 projects
Strong understanding of CRM and CPQ process.
Design and configure system. Demo to business community, obtain sign-offs / approvals.
Responsible for customer communication for requirements, business processes and functional specifications.
Manage team and their assignments.
Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal, mandatory.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.
Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner.
Self-motivated with a lot of energy and drive. Should have the ability and willingness to learn.
Should be good team player and have good analytical skills
Should be master of industry trends and demonstrated value of Cloud Solutions to multiple Customers.
Active participation in Community forum, publications in professional forum will be added advantage
Qualifications:
Skills
Salesforce Sales Cloud ( Certified )
Visio, Jira, Marketing Automation, Cloud Solutions
Familiarity with Agile development methodology.
Experience
12 to 15 + years overall experience
8 + years relevant experience.
Until the pandemic, this is a remote/ telecommute position. Post which employees would be expected to travel to customer site/ relocate to San Francisco Bay Area.
