    Innovation Properties Group is expanding in San Francisco and the Bay Area, and we are seeking driven, ambitious, and capable real estate professionals to join our real estate team at all skill levels. We are seeking seasoned agents or entry-level candidates who wish to begin a career in the professional and dynamic industry of Commercial Real Estate (CRE). As an entry-level candidate, you will assist senior brokers with their clients and overall business activities while gaining an understanding of many of the various aspects of CRE brokerage. Your first undertaking will be learning the trade with direct mentoring by senior management and brokers. Must have or will obtain in the near term, a California real estate license. If interested, please reach out for a virtual interview with our head of operations. • Compensation: $144,000 commission by 2nd year Responsibilities: Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Self motivated and self sufficient Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities Some knowledge of marketing and advertising Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language Compensation: $144,000 commission
